I can only speak for the state of NY where Cannabis is approved for chronic pain lasting longer than 3 months with associated symptoms. If the pain prevents you from performing your activities of daily living than Cannabis might help to relieve your arthritis pain. I have prescribed Cannabis to patients with your complaint who haven’t received pain relief with physical therapy or more traditional medications.
