Will cannabis help with my insomnia?


Cannabis can help with insomnia. Typically I recommend using indica or CBD to help with insomnia. Indica is THC dominant and has the side effect of sedation or drowsiness. CBD is non-psychoactive and can be helpful as well. I also recommend modifying your lifestyle and evening habits to create a peaceful environment that can be therapeutic even without medication.
