What would be the proper dosage for neuropathic pain relief. I presently use a topical but I don't the dosage


For nighttime pain and sleep I would recommend a CBD:THC ratio of 1:1 that you can find in tincture, vape, and spray forms. In addition, as you mentioned there are also high CBD creams that you can apply to the area that will work for around 6 hours. However, the best option would be to use a tincture with a CBD:THC ratio of >20:1. This concentration passes the blood brain barrier of the brain and used once to twice daily on a regular basis will help with your long term nerve pain and bodies perception of pain. Best of luck…
