Hi! I’ve come across and have tried many creams and salves as I suffer from chronic backaches. I have consumed many natural remedies like ginger, turmeric, etc. But so far I think CBD pain cream from an online shop has been most effective.
So I recommend you try some natural remedies like ginger and turmeric tea, fish oil, etc along with a CBD product.
