What is the best way to wean off post-surgical medications using cannabis?

"I had surgery last Tuesday to remove hardware from my spinal fusion (L1-L2) and am starting to wean off pain meds (Norco 10, Tramadol and Robaxin) and would like to start replacing them with just extra strength tylenol and CBD or 1/1 CBD/THC medicine that I normally use. What is a safe dosing/timing protocol?"

I would recommend talking to the pharmacist at the dispensary. It would all depend on the type of cannabis and the route of administration. Some are long acting and some are shorter duration.
