What is the best to use for a L3,4,5 S1 and SI joint injury? I have a lot of radiating pain.

I used 15-1 cbd tincture. Amount of drops varies. After taking a few days off of cannibus, I resumed at only 2 drops with 1 additional drop of THC.
Before resuming I took 4 drops. I found that this amount lasted 4 hrs or so. Took twice a day and then only 2 drops of THC at night for sleep. I know we are all different and you do have to experiment.
