Q&A

What is the best tips for daily cannabis users to avoid building a tolerance?

This all depends if you have chronic symptoms or not. Some people need to use cannabis daily to fight pain or to prevent seizures. In cases like this, you may need to build tolerance in a methodical way as to increase the ratio of the product that you are using, but in a controlled way. For instance, if you start at a CBD:THC ratio of 20:1 and are maximizing out at 10 drops twice daily for instance, you may find a better alternative is to increase to a 24:1, and then a 28:1 ratio product respectively.

However, for others that can stop taking cannabis for short bursts it is recommended to take a Herbal Holiday. Options for this are: use cannabis for 6 days and then take a day off, or use cannabis for 4 weeks, then take 1 week off; another option is to change strains. Hope this helps!
