Sublingual drops, whether alcohol or oil based, should all have similar bioavailabilities. The most important factor when comsuming an oil or tincture sublingually, is the amount of time the solution is held under the tongue. Try to leave it under the tongue for at least 60 seconds, then dip your tongue into the solution and paint the inner cheeks with the solution, then swallow after 15 more seconds.
