"It depends on your location. If you are in California, it is $59 for the consultation with the doctor and if you are approved, the recommendation and ID card are included at no additional cost.
If you are in New York, it is $159 for the video consultation. You will speak with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner to see if you are eligible. If you are, we will provide you with a Patient Certification number which you will then need to register with the State of New York."
