Depends on the cause, first of all.
Treating the symptoms can be done with stool softeners such as plums/prunes/prune juice.
Drastically increase water intake. Deep massage to the area, exercise, castor oil packs externally and even 2T castor oil in juice. (make sure you have the day to spend by the toilet!). Also magnesium citrate.
Dark leafy greens, fiber nutritionally, as long as plenty of water is taken to increase hydration.
Celery is good for promoting peristalsis (the squeezing motion of the colon). And then possibly a colonic.
Try CBD products as smooth muscle relaxer.
