"I am already using 20:1 4 times a day, 1:1 at bedtime. I have 3:1 that was recommended for break through pain which has not proved helpful. I have THCA and CBDA both of which recommended for pain. I thought for awhile THCa helped but not so sure today with flare up. Can you make a recommendation? "
Hi, I am not Dr Bugailiskis but I thought I would give an answer. I highly encourage you consider a topical CBD dominant salve applied to your upper cervical spine and around your ear for additional pain relief and I advise you to use it every 20-30 minutes and progressively longer intervals to keep your pain in total remission and you will likely drive the pain out of your body. It is also conceivable that you likely are vitamin D deficient, so please be certain to check on your vitamin D and blood level with your primary care practitioner.

I’m not a doctor, but I have TN and I use topicals as Dr Olson suggested, and I also find tincture to be effective, especially in conjunction with vaporization. I prefer high CBD strains in the vaporizer, and higher THC in the tincture. I make my own topicals and I always add other herbs and essential oils to it. Some that I find effective include clove, rosemary, St. John’s wort, peppermint, and lavender. Keep your total essential oil concentration below 3-5% for safety and see what works best for you.
