Since there will be a great deal of empty space within the capsule, I was thinking of filling the space with something that would act as a buffer (on an empty stomach) not to interfere with the extract. Is this ill advised? Are there suggestions for the filler? Thanks :0)"
Commonly used capsule fillers are oil-based, like coconut oil or olive oil. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature, which makes it a little easier to handle.
