I would not divide “lung health” in concentrated oil vs flower vaped categories. Instead I would consider the differences of flower vs oil, and the differences between CBD and THC. For instance, whole flower gives a benefit of enhanced taste of terpenes while inhaling, but with a decreased potency (10-25%). Think of a whole flower, as a whole strawberry, and concentrated oils as just the vitamin C. There are probably more health benefits in a whole strawberry than just vitamin C. We just may not be aware of them. Concentrated oils, on the other hand, are more potent (50-90%) of the ingredient you are trying to have a benefit from.
For lung health, I would also take in consideration the actual type of cannabis. For instance, high THC products and terpenes that are added such as alpha-pinene (think fragrance of pine trees and rosemary) are both strong bronchodilators that open the lungs; whereas high CBD products are used to decrease chronic inflammation found in diseases such as asthma, and COPD that prevent the lungs from opening in the first place.
