Would any of these qualify me for a MM card in NY or would it be legal in NY for me to obtain/use CBD? Unfortunately in New York anxiety, panic attacks and tremors are not qualifying conditions for medical cannabis like they are in other states. However, you may qualify under chronic pain for your shoulder and back depending on the severity of the pain. The pain would have to lasted 3 months or more, or be expected to last 3 months or more. It would have to be a severe and debilitating pain that degrades health and functional capability.
