I am sorry to hear of your brother’s difficulties but he would likely obtain significant relief with the topical CBD dominant salve or cream applied to the spastic muscles and to the corresponding areas of the spine that innervate the spastic muscles and apply the salve frequently to stop the muscle spasms and pain. An oral preparation of high CBD tincture may also be of great benefit for his brain function and to reduce internal pain and inflammation. He could be much more comfortable in his body.
