The only legal way would be to travel to a state that has medical cannabis laws in place. For example, you could come to California and get a medical recommendation from a doctor when you are here; then, you could legally purchase medical marijuana from a California dispensary/delivery service. Unfortunately, you would not be able to travel out of the state with your medical cannabis.
