As far as I know, unless you are custody, bloodwork cannot be ordered on you without your knowledge and consent so they cannot do it secretly and withhold that information from you. If you are incarcerated, or in a pain management program, or out on parole or being investigated for possible DUI, I think they can do just about anything to you and that’s why you want to stay out of the situations and obey the laws regarding cannabis use.
