If you expect to get a job in the industry you should definitely have a card. This shows that you understand the process of how things work, that you’ve been to dispensaries. You should go to multiple dispensaries to see that side of the industry, if you’re in sales you would most likely interact with these people and if you’re a grower, this is where the product ends up. It also shows you are legitimate, if you grow your own plants you’re supposed to have a med card and if you plan to be in the industry you should purchase legally as well. The whole industry is moving towards legitimacy, and this is a big part of that. Hope this helps!
