If I obtain a New York medical cannabis certification, where do I purchase my medication?

Hi, you can search for a dispensary in your area by typing in Biz Listings in the menu bar above, and putting in the name of your city or zip code.

: Patients must bring their registry ID cards and their certifications to a registered dispensary in order to purchase approved medical cannabis products. Designated caregivers who are purchasing medical cannabis on behalf of patients must bring their caregiver registry ID cards and their patientโ€™s certification to the dispensary

To find a list of registered dispensaries, please visit https://www.health.ny.gov/regulations/medical_marijuana/application/selected_applicants.htm to find a location nearest to you. Also note a number of the Registered Organizations (ROs) have home delivery programs.
