Smoking cannabis/ using a vape-pen would cause CBD levels to increase more rapidly in the bloodstream (pulmonary vs gastric/ mucosal absorption) but the interaction with warfarin (assuming cannabinoid levels reaching the same level in the blood) would be the same.
