Cannabis provides relief from many symptoms and can help to treat serious medical conditions. Rectal administration of cannabis is one method that shows great abosorption and long-lasting relief. Lymphomas are blood cancers of white blood cells, and are treated with a combination of chemotherapy, radiation, stem cell transplantation, immunotherapy and alternative treatments. In laboratory studies cannabis has shown promise in treating cancers of various types. More research is needed to justify cannabis as first line treatment, but its safety and lack of toxic effects make cannabis a very promising treatment option.
