Q&A

I need a product to help me sleep that I don't smoke. No THC. Don't I need CBD?

THC and CBD can both treat insomnia in different ways. I would recommend you start with a CBD dominant (very little THC) sublingual tincture, then progress to oral capsules once you know the milligrams that work for you. If the insomnia is severe. I would suggest a combination of a sublingual tincture- because of its rapid effects that can help you fall asleep more quickly. And also capsules, which are released slower, making them effective at helping people stay asleep, for a total daily dosage of CBD 40-160 mg.
