I think that this is unlikely.
The FireFly2 vaporizer has a very long vaporizer path consisting of borosilicate glass leading to a metal mouthpiece. The vapor is reportedly smooth / not hot, so a water pipe would be unnecessary for most patients.
You may be able to find after market attachments that may work. Alternatively, you could attach a silicone tube to the mouthpiece of the FireFly and attach the other end to your water pipe. You may need an inexpensive glass adapter, which may be found on eBay or other stores.
I always remind patients that use water pipes to keep their water pipe clean, as they can be breeding grounds for bacteria and fungi.
