you should be getting an email with the recommendation. Sometimes this may take a little while but if you have not gotten it by the end of the day please let us know.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email from us with a link you can follow to return to our website to download a PDF of your recommendation.
Alternatively, once you’re finished and your doctor has written their notes, you can login to your account and click on "View Medical Card" at the top middle of the page. This will take you to your dashboard where you can download your PDF.
Your recommendation with gold embossed seal, and ID card should arrive at the address you provided within 3-5 business days.
