I haven't received my card yet


Cards are sent the day of the consult. However, a large number of them are returned to our office every day, typically marked by the USPS as ‘Return to Sender’. If you have not receieved your card within about 5 business days, you can reach out to our customer service team at support@hellomd.com and request another. You will need to validate that the address to send the card to is correct.
