I used (RSO) cannabis for stage 4 Prostate cancer. It was absorbed very well and after 33 days PSA went from 96 to 2.9. follow up CT and PET scans showed no cancer. I completed the 60 day regiment as recommended with no side affects

Cannabis oil is absorbed rectally. Since there are 3 drainage systems in the rectum, the Superior veins drain towards the liver and the cannabis is metabolized and the Middle and Inferior veins drain directly into the venous system and avoid the "first pass metabolism" of the liver. Please re-read Dr. Frankel article as he says the same thing. As for RSO specifically, I cannot comment since I have not read anything directly comparing that to other types of cannabis formulations. However given that it a full spectrum formulation with THC levels at about 50-60% and CBD at about 10-15%, I would think there would be absorption if given rectally.
