I don’t think that anyone will (nor should) tell you that cannabis can cure leukemia. However, cannabis is helpful in alleviating many of the symptoms of chronic disease, such as pain, nausea, insomnia, anxiety and others.
Depending on what you are experiencing as you undergo treatment, you might do a search on these symptoms for more information or product recommendations, or ask a more specific question if you have one about one of these specific treatments.
