Plant medicine affects everyone differently. Foria Explore and Foria Relief users are reporting anywhere from 4-24 hours of pain relief. One suppository is one dose, so I recommend starting with that and up your dose if necessary. Please be mindful that one suppository has 60mg of THC and 10 of CBD and although most people do not experience any psychoactive effect, more than one dose at a time can be a lot of cannabis for some. Go slow and see what works best for you.
