Q&A

How likely is it the Nys will add anxiety to the list for medical marijuana?

NY State’s medical Cannabis program is dissapointingly restrictive and only allows doctors to reccomend oral cannabis products for ALS, cancer, epilepsy, HIV/AIDS, Huntington’s Disease, Inflammatory bowel disease, Parkinson’s, Neuropathies, Multiple Sclerosis, and Spinal Cord Damage. Chronic Pain was recently added to this short list, and it may be your best bet to gain legal access. I doubt anxiety or any other "psychiatric" illnesses will be included anytime soon.
