For the foreseeable future, until the laws are implemented, it is business as usual for most services. It does appear that the new law will require everyone to be licensed, but there is nothing that says that delivery will be illegal. That said, towns can outlaw delivery and even Los Angeles has made it difficult for retailers to deliver. Here is our article we wrote on Prop 64 and I hope this hleps!
