This is a great question. I often recommend to people to think about why they are using cannabis and what the desired effect you want to have. For instance, do you want it so you eat more, feel less pain, or sleep better? This is the best place to start.
Second, you want to make sure if you are new to cannabis that you go to a reputable dispensary that sells products that are reputable and safe. By safe I mean that they are lab tested and the products are an accurate reflection of what is within them.
You also want to make sure that whatever you ingest you go ‘low and slow’. Start by taking the smallest amount, waiting to see how you feel and then going forward from there.
