How do I get a medical marijuana card for the state of Delaware

Hi there!

Unfortunately, HelloMD is not currently offering doctors consultations for the state of Delaware. Our doctors service is available to patients in California, New York and Canada.

Here is some information about obtaining a medical marijuana recommendation in Delaware:

-You must be at least 18 years of age (minor patients must have consent from a legal guardian or parent)
-You must be a resident of Delaware with a driver’s license or state ID from Delaware, or be able to provide proof of residency
-You must have a qualifying medical condition; the adult patient qualifying condition list can be found here: https://dhss.delaware.gov/dph/hsp/medmarconditions.html
-You must have a Physician Certification from a Delaware licensed MD or DO

You can learn more about the Delaware Medical Marijuana Program by here: https://dhss.delaware.gov/dph/hsp/medmarpt.html

I hope this information helps! ๐Ÿ™‚
