I understand that "pure hemp oil" is not a regulated product, and it may have the same effect as "CBD products"; look at the pure, organic hemp oil websites, and see if they will ship to NZ. Maybe his neurologist can find a local, research protocol to enroll him in? or attain it via "compassionate use"?
