Simple answer is, you can’t. The name is Ketoprofen, one of the non-streoidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDS) drugs like Aleve. It is available in over the counter or prescription strength. In Japan and other countries it is available as a jel or patch that seems to show good absorption in the underlying tissue with the same systemic blood concentrations.
NSAIDs work on a chemical level. They block the effects of special enzymes — specifically Cox-1 and Cox-2 enzymes. These enzymes play a key role in making prostaglandins. By blocking the Cox enzymes, NSAIDs stop your body from making as many prostaglandins. This means less swelling and less pain.
I do not know why the topical versions of this drug are not available in the US. However topical forms of cannabis in ointment or balm form are available and when applied on the skin do not have any psychoactive properties.
