Q&A

How can I get a medical recommendation for medical marijuana in Massachusetts? The system is so expensive now

A Massachusetts resident 18 years of age or older who has been diagnosed by a certifying physician as having a debilitating medical condition may become a qualifying patient. You need to be certified by a qualified health care provider. Schedule an appointment with your health care provider and ask about the Medical Use of Marijuana Program. Once certified, your health care provider will give you a PIN number to register with the Program online in the MMJ Online System. You will also need proof of Massachusetts residency.
