Q&A

Hello Doc, Im taking Ambian10mg for sleep, and stopped for 7 days

"I’m nauseous everyday. Would i be having withdrawals from this procedure? If so what can I do? "

Ambien (Zolpidem) is a sedative used as a sleep aide. Numerous reported side effects, including a direct link with developing cancer, have been noted. I would avoid using ambien at all costs. Physical dependence can occur with Zolpidem. Try cannabis, it is a safe, natural herb that is extremely effective for insomnia.
