Hello,
THC is what lowers intraocular pressure (IOP); CBD does not reduce IOP. In fact, one study found that high amounts of CBD — they used 40mg — CBD even caused an elevation in IOP.
"Two hours after sublingual administration of 5 mg Delta-9-THC, the IOP was significantly lower than after placebo … CBD administration did not reduce the IOP at any time. However, the higher dose of CBD (40 mg) produced a transient elevation of IOP at 4 hours after administration."
Additionally, I recommend that you use a 1:1 cream rather than

Hello,
First and foremost, cannabis should not be the only medication you use for glaucoma; you should still be using your prescribed glaucoma medications, such as intraocular (IOP) lowering eye-drops.
THC is what lowers IOP, not CBD. In fact, one study found that high amounts of CBD even caused an elevation in IOP.

To reduce the back pain and IOP, I would likely suggest microdosing with 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 product — taking 1mg to 5mg (according to tolerance) of THC throughout the day. https://kivaconfections.com/products/bars/ginger , https://treatwellhealth.com/products/wellness-and-balance-blends/ , https://www.cbd.org/products/cbd-sublingual-spray.
Additionally, I recommend that you use a 1:1 cream (rather than the 20:1 cream you’re using), such as https://apothecanna.com/products/extra-strength-relieving-creme or https://truefarma.com/product/sweet-releaf-extra-strength-2oz
- Please consult with a physician before starting any cannabis regimen.
