Actually, the vape pens are like an inhaler but it will not deliver an exact dose like an actual asthmatic inhaler but still, vaporizing is really very similar to an inhaler. I believe I saw an inhaler at Peace in Medicine in Sebastopol, CA, or Sonoma Patient group in Santa Rosa, but I did not inquire as to the medication delivered by the inhaler.
