Not CBD from organic hemp. No card necessary anywhere in the US. CBD products from marijuana containing THC would require a medical card in different states.

Yes, in Hawaii you may not purchase pure CBD even from Hemp unless you have a cannabis card and even then you are not allowed to bring in your medication but after 17 years of medically legal cannabis in Hawaii, we have yet to open even 1 dispensary! DO NOT COME TO HAWAII with your cannabis and you cannot purchase any legal cannabis in Hawaii, only illegal street medicine. It is a shame! Hawaii was the first State to make medical cannabis legal but they have put every possible roadblock in the way of legal use and these patients also need cannabis for health reasons. Also, you may not transport your cannabis from one island to another so that means you would have to make an illegal purchase at each island you visit.
