Q&A

Colorado's experience in regulating MJ pesticides is that "Big Pot" was the single biggest obstacle

"in creating any guidelines for MJ pesticide use: https://dpo.st/2fnRGv2. How does prop. 64 empower CA regulatory agencies to behave in the public interest, while EPA guidance is unavailable?"

In California, medical cannabis will be regulated under MMSRA, which will require pesticide testing of all cannabis sold in CA beginning in January, 2018. While prop 64 doesn’t regulate recreational cannabis sales, I would imaging that future regulation that does would also require testing for pesticides.
