"I believe that since I’ve had a gastric bypass and stomach stapling, the best delivery route is by sublingual spray. (Please correct me if I’m wrong.) But, is it best to hold the spay in my mouth for 30+ seconds, or does it make a difference? I am taking the CBD 18:1 for arthritis pain relief. I find that I have to use 6-8 sprays each time to achieve relief.
I am a new user, so I would welcome any advice that you may give me.

The research I’ve read states the majority of THC is absorbed in the first 2-3 seconds…you might feel more "high" after holding it in longer, but that is because of oxygen deprivation.
