Not under normal circumstances would CBD cause pneumonia or cancer and in fact CBD’s maybe used to treat pneumonia or cancer since the CBD’s stop inflammation and have been shown to be of great benefit in people with cancer.
I think the only way CBD’s could cause additional problems would be if the CBD’s were contaminated with bacteria or mold.
