Unfortunately, you may not ship from CA to another state unless it is done illegally. The USPS comes under a federally funded department so shipping by USPS is a federal offense and Jeff Sessions may want to meet with you so I would discourage you from any temptation.

No, cannabis remains a Schedule 1 drug at the federal level and it is strictly prohibited for it to be mailed or shipped across state lines.
