Yes you can, from HelloMD. Your expired (state issued ID) will be fine for our purposes. When you visit a dispensary, they will ask for some form of ID, and they may have an issue with your expired ID. You should check with the dispensary you plan to visit before undertaking to get the recommendation from us, as we cannot be responsible for their rules.
