I had to look this up. According to what I found you can grow in Hawaii however you must have a state issued medical license. The laws in Hawaii dictate that you must register with the narcotics department there in addition to having your doctors consultation in order to get the card/license. Once you are a legitimate medical card holder you may cultivate up to three mature plants and four immature plants at any given time. I hope this helps!
