Cannabis found mainly in high concentrations of CBD, CBG or/and CBN have antibacterial properties. I would recommend a CBD:THC ratio of >20:1 oral tincture used 2-3x/day and topical cannabis creams with high CBD concentrations. It is advised to follow your doctor’s guidance and to use antibiotics when needed.
