Great question!
Cannabis is great with nerve pain. Depending on your comfort level, you can use most forms of application like topical balms, edibles, tinctures and even smoking/vaporizing. The compound CBD is a great tool to use when combating nerve related pain and medium to high ratio options (8:1-20:1 CBD:THC) are great places to start to help suppress the amount of euphoria that accompanies THC as a side effect.
I hope this helps!

The answer is yes, according to a randomized, double-blinded, placebo controlled crossover study in 16 patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy conducted at UCSD.
Low (1% tetrahydrocannabinol, THC), medium (4% THC), or high (7% THC) doses of cannabis were compared w/ placebo. The cannabis was vaporized. There was approximately 400mg of โplant material per administration, dosing therefore was controlled at 0, 4, 16 or 28 mg THC per dosing session.โ
