"I have been reading that cannabis can help fight Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). What I can’t find is how to administer it. I was thinking about a full plant extract RSO but do not know if it should be taken orally or applied topically. Also what type of dose should be given if orally and for how long? Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you so much for all you do. "
If someone has documented MRSA I would suggest being seen by a infectious disease specialist to determine what antibiotics should be used. While some studies suggest that cannabis can kill some types of bacteria in the lab on a petri dish, MRSA can be life threatening.

I have the same question. My brother has MRSA in his foot, and the anti-biotic was only holding it at bay. When they reduced the dose, it flared back up.. until i brought him a gram of high CBD oil. A week later, it was gone.. he was taking a tiny little dose… a grain of rice, once a day, even though I had recommended twice a day (for inflammation.. i only had a thought that it might kill the MRSA) Now, he wasn’t able to keep up with the CBD, and the MRSA is back. He took it orally.
If I can’t find any other information, this is what I am going to recommend that he do based on my knowledge of other herbs and dosing:
~100mg twice daily (200mg total per day) of CO2 extract high CBD oil orally for a month.
