Q&A

Bone Cancer- Multiple Myeloma

"My mother in law has multiple myeloma and is starting a new treatment that will make her sick, nausea & vomiting. I heard that I can get a "caregiver" card online that will allow me to purchase products that will help her. Is that true?"

Yes, you can ask our Customer Service team for a Caregiver Recommendation when your mother-in-law gets ready to see the doctor. The process is as follows:

  1. Create an account on HelloMD in the name of your mother-in-law
  2. Ask the Customer Service team for a Caregiver card when you connect with them
  3. Be present in the video meeting with the doctor, and your mother-in-law

You mother-in-law will be issued the doctors recommendation, and you will additionally get the Caregiver form. This will enable you to purchase products on behalf of the patient.
