Between the Pain rub and CBD tincture, the CBD tincture has more CBD. The pain rub has 12mg per 2oz of rub, but the Super High CBD tincture has 480mg of Cannabidiol in a 1oz bottle. So definitely the tincture would be more effective! You can also put some drops of the CBD tincture in a small amount of coconut oil and use it topically.
